We developed a sourcing strategy for hosting the global ERP applications of the largest quick service restaurant company. We then developed and executed an RFP process with hosting vendors and participated in vendor selection and negotiations of the deal, focusing primarily on statements of work and service level agreements. We also assisted with the initial stages of implementation.

We developed a vendor strategy for the procurement, deployment, and support of a communications infrastructure to all restaurants globally for the world's largest QSR. We also developed an RFP and participated in negotiations for the global procurement of communications equipment.

We have led a project to select, negotiate and develop a forecasting application for retail site fuel inventories to be deployed to 10,000+ retail sites.

We are currently leading an RFP effort for the delivery of broadband services for all retail sites of a major petroleum company. We have conducted challenge sessions in which we brought in qualified vendors to present solutions to address the broadband network requirements. This has helped to expedite the identification and selection of qualified vendors. In addition to supporting this RFP process, W. Capra identified synergies between this project and other strategic initiatives to help craft the offer which will impact the demand and eventual push/pull deployment.
