DEPLOYMENT
W. Capra has provided deployment management and coordination services for multiple petroleum/c-store system and quick service restaurant point-of-sale, broadband and back office system rollouts ranging from 50 sites to over 9,000 locations. In this capacity we have:
- Defined implementation processes and procedures
- Created standard processes for system configuration management and version control, including all required hardware and software
- Documented on-site training and installation processes
- Developed installation support and problem resolution processes including retailer help desk, IT and operations; equipment and software suppliers; and 3rd party feet-on-the-street service organizations
- Managed site survey, deployment and support teams
- Coordinated the activities of numerous suppliers and technicians
- Created and managed the deployment plan, status reports and incident tracking tools
