interim CIOProvided interim IT leadership (CIO role) for the U.S. Retail Business (both wholesale and retail) of a major retail petroleum company and have provided strategy assistance and leadership to a global retail systems reengineering effort.



We are currently providing interim leadership to a major retail petroleum company to manage their outsourced service delivery for all site systems support.



interim CIOW. Capra has led several projects to support the flow of data from the sites to a data warehouse where various MI capabilities have been provided. This has involved detailed data mapping, integrating with corporate ERP applications and data warehouses, and working with various vendors and service providers.



We have led a project to select, negotiate and develop a forecasting application for retail site fuel inventories to be deployed to 10,000+ retail sites.



interim CIOWe have managed a project to develop a portal to be used by the entire dealer and jobber network of a major retail petroleum company. This was implemented successfully and is now used by the entire community and has also been enhanced to support company owned and franchise sites.



We are currently leading an effort to calculate royalties and various marketing incentives for a franchise channel. This includes gathering all necessary data from site, calculating the royalties based on specific contract terms, and integrating with corporate financial systems.



interim CIOW. Capra has led several projects to calculate and deliver fuel prices to retail sites. This has included gathering all the necessary data from sites and 3rd party vendors, providing web-based applications for data entry and access, and integrating with legacy site and head office applications.



W. Capra has also led several projects in support of Pipeline, Logistics, and Refining functions. We are currently providing interim IT leadership for major refinery.



interim CIOWe developed a sourcing strategy for hosting the global ERP applications of the largest quick service restaurant company. We then developed and executed an RFP process with hosting vendors and participated in vendor selection and negotiations of the deal, focusing primarily on statements of work and service level agreements. We also assisted with the initial stages of implementation.



We developed a vendor strategy for the procurement, deployment, and support of a communications infrastructure to all restaurants globally for the world's largest QSR. We also developed an RFP and participated in negotiations for the global procurement of communications equipment.

Approximately 75% of our Program/Project Managers are PMP certified.
